These are Christmas stockings made for my friends children, blue, green and pink snowflake flannel fabric. For the cuff I used the minky cabbage rose material so it would tie in with their moms treeskirt. I used my embroidery machine to make the letter appliques in the contrasting lining material and handstitched them onto the cuff. The last picture shows the lining of the stocking.
This tree skirt was made for Krystle and we chose to make it from blue chenille fabric with embroidery and sequin details. The outer strip and reverse side is made from minky cabbage rose fabric.
This purse is quilted on the front and back and is made from black faux suede and the contrasting material as well as the lining on the inside is Michael Miller's "Whimsy Surf" material. This bag features several inside compartment pockets to hold keys, cell phone, money, you name it, while the mail compartment is large enough to hold everything else. There is also one pocket on the outside. The measurements are 9.5 inches high x 12 inches wide and has a full zipper closure and nice zipper pull.
This was one of my favorite projects that I have completed.
This is a Toddler size 1 Chef Outfit. I had made this for a lady at my work whose son is a chef and she thought it would be nice if her grandson "follow in the footsteps" This outfit is made from the heavy cotton twill material for the jacket and the hat, and the traditional black and white gingham chefs pants.
I made the blanket out of a rainbow fish front panel and a matching back panel ( I do apologize as I am unsure of the designer of this fabric). My friend had me make this for her niece, Avery and had me embroider the name onto the blanket binding.
The pillows are made from a rich chocolate colored corduroy fabric and coupled with a lighter colored faux suede.
I have fully lined this Kool Aid Jammer Tote Bag with a rainbow stained glass look material. On one side of the bag, there are 2 half size pockets, while the other side features one full sized pocket. There are also 2 full inside pockets.
I have encased the zipper so that there would be more room, should larger objects need to be placed in the bag. I have also made the strap adjustible so that you could either carry it like a hand bag, or place it around your shoulder like a messenger bag =)
